Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We do not refund for buyer's remorse, staff leaving, or wrong size. If a staff member leaves before they wear the product you can save it for the next staff member. Photos will need to be submitted for damages or defects.
