Our 2-hour sit-down experience is best for groups of approximately 30 guests or fewer. Have a larger group? Ask us about our Mobile Candle Bar, which is designed for larger events where guests can participate while continuing to mix and mingle. We travel up to 2 hour radius from our candle studio.

We bring the candle-making experience and supplies to you. Your venue will need an appropriate space for your guests to sit and participate comfortably. We will need one electrical outlet. When you submit your event request, we’ll confirm the event address, guest count, venue requirements, and whether your location requires a Certificate of Insurance so everyone knows exactly what is needed before event day. Yes, we handle all set up (arrive 2 hours in advance) and clean up (takes about 1 hour to tear down).

Our 2-hour off-site experience starts at $140 per person, for 10 candle minimum and 30 maximum. Once you submit your event details, our team will provide your complete pricing before you book.
